Made of steel, all parts are highly magnetic. Heavy build should ensure longevity and accommodation of heavier shades. Shade holder will fit standard ID 1 3/4 inch flanged lighting shades using 3 set screws, intact. Bottom of the base is finished with a clean brown felt cover. Wire, plug, cord switch and socket all appear to be in good working condition. This lamp weighs 2 lbs 13 oz before packing. It measures 16 1/2 inches tall, 7 wide at the base and 9 deep. The reading lamp is free of major surface blemishes and I don’t see any structural damages or repairs. 3 art glass shades are captioned that fit and complement this lamp base nicely and are separately available as follows.
