I would say that this Art Deco Nude Lady Dancing on Water brass lamp is in excellent condition. The base dimensions are approximately 7 inches in length at it’s widest part and approximately 7 1/2 inches measured from the front of the base to the back where the screw in 4 watt/120 volt light goes. The width of the base is about 3/4 of an inch. The total height of the lamp is approximately 7 inches. NOTE: LIGHT BULB NOT INCLUDED. Just shown in picture to show that it works! VTG Art Deco Nouveau Classical Nude Female Figure 2-Light Table Desk Lamp 1900’s

Good-o’ electric parts are near immortals. Current listing is for lamp base only (no shades) – Shades available separately – See listing #. Presented for your consideration. An iconic Art Deco Nude Figure is perched atop a 2-light lamp structure with four lion profiles at her feet, forming the base. Unusual marriage of Deco and Classical periods. She has her head turned left and her arms are straight at her sides, reminiscent of many Deco female figure lamps. Metal appears to be brass or. There is surface wear commensurate with age. The sockets still have their decorative covers and drip candle sleeves. Surprisingly, with all the many connection points, these types of lamps often suffer from separation issues. All parts are attached together and all fittings are tight. Due to the way the switch was installed on the base, the lamp sits with a 1/8 inch wobble. I believe this can be easily remedied by reinstalling the switch or adding bumps to the base underside. Still has the original wire, plug and finial. Recommend updating all worn electric parts. There is writing stamped on the base underside I cannot identify. The lamp It is 19 3/4 inches tall, 12 1/2 wide and 6 deep. It weighs 3 lbs 14 oz before packing. I acquired this lamp base with a handsome hoard of lamps and period parts from established antiquities dealers over the years for my lighting business. This is a Beautiful Art Nouveau cast white metal nude figural lamp in Great condition for it’s age. It has been cleaned and relacquered , there is a spot that has oxidized seen in the photo. The shade shows some wear including a chip on the fitter rim not seen. The lamp has been wired with brown Rayon and a period plug, a new socket insulator.
