Vtg Cast Metal Art Deco Nouveau Figural Woman Yellow Crackle Glass Globe Lamp. This item is in. Lease see pictures as they are part of the description. This is a nice vintage Art Deco era lamp. The Globe is a crackle glass yellow I believe is original to the lamp. The woman is draped in a garland holding up the globe. I did not find any damage or maker. It is a cast metal with a bronze color. The cord is original, the light works and the pull works, but this is old and probably could use some professional TLC. The inner fixture is a little crooked. Pair Vtg MCM Art Pottery Ceramic Table Lamps Purple Green Leaves 19.5 T Metal B. These are very unusual lamps. Colors are very pretty but I don’t know what the artist was going with? These are way cool but looks like Ursula from Little Mermaid was the inspiration for these lights.. I don’t believe bases are original. There is a hole on the bottom back of the lamps so look. Hole was part of the mold process or the bases were changed out and that’s the hole originally used on a different base. I bet the base had a signature on it because these are definitely different. We couldn’t find them on google lens period. Nothing even like them so we are happy we have the pair! Please look through all pictures. There are no cracks or chips from what I can see. They look good. Some minor rusting where ceramic meets metal on the necks but not a big deal in the least. No harps and no shades I wish I could know what type of shades were originally on these. As is and as shown. Please look through all of the pictures and descriptions and please ask us questions if we don’t have what you’re looking for in the description or pictures. VINTAGE INDUSTRIAL FLOOR LAMP. Vintage lamp made up of a heavy metal rounded base. Adjustable angle with cast iron set screw. Original white paint has flaking. Neat cast iron accent bezel around the timer on the base. Shade is made of aluminum and has some light dents. Original label reads “Ultra Violet Ray Laboratories, Inc – New York, NY”. Lamp dates to the 1940s / 1950s. Lamp is not working and will need rewired. Adjustable height measures from approx 38″ tall at shortest to 64″ tall. The base is approx 13 diameter. What a weird lamp!! This lamp is HEAVY. We think it is made of cast iron, possibly steel. It has a gold-silver metallic finish to it. This is NOT MADE OF GOLD!! The word gold can actually be used to describe a color, believe it or not! Will need rewiring as the current wiring is brittle and falling apart!! When the switch clicks, it means the lamp is off, and when the switch is somewhere vertical, the lamp is ON. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY YOU MAY SUSTAIN WHILE OPERATING THIS LAMP – Not saying that you’ll injure yourself but do BE CAREFUL! It is old and metal.. There is a cutout in the trunk. We are not sure what it’s intended purpose is, but we think it would make a cool planter! No maker’s mark. We have not been able to find another piece like this one anywhere. If you have any information that will improve our ad, please do share as we love to learn! 10.75 inches tall w/ out socket; 13.75 w/ current socket. 8.50 x 6.25 inches at base. 3.00 inch diameter x 3-3/8 inches deep opening in trunk. Weighs 6 pounds, 9 ounces. This lamp came out of Harvey Donegan’s estate in Warren, Arkansas. He was an inveterate collector of all things. Some of his most interesting finds came from the discarded items that proliferate on New York Streets. Harvey crossed paths with many famous and nearly famous individuals in his 6 decades in NY. His letters make frequent mention of Gore Vidal and Andy Warhol. Harvey’s grandparents, the Cokers, built a large hotel in Warren, Arkansas prior to WWI. It is still standing and was the repository for so many items that Harvey collected during his NY years. It is unknown when all his articles were transported from New York to Warren or how they got there, but all items found in the hotel date from the 1970’s or earlier.
