Beautiful pair of metal table lamps. Unsure of specific age but most likely before 1970. O date no markings on either base. Unusual for a pair this type to be found in good used vintage shape. Definitely look through all pictures as these are older. They are not perfect and could have paint worn off and minor chipping on the flowers enamel. Cord looks like it was replaced but alas. No switch on these. These do work but you have to either put on a clicker on the electric cord or just deal with unplugging them. 13 to top of socket. 4″ by 4″ base. As is and as shown. This vintage all amber glass lamp is gorgeous, and very unusual- we could not find another like it. Measurements are 37-1/2″ in total height with a 21″ tall stem mounted to an 8 wide gold-toned base. Top brass piece is 15, and weight is 17 pounds. Would look amazing in a Tiki Bar with a colorful tropical paper or beaded shade! THE MOUNTING GLUE ON ONE OF THE PARROTS (which measure 11-1/2″ & 13″ in length) HAS LOOSENED DUE TO AGE, AND THE BIRD MUST BE REATTACHED TO ITS PERCH. This is not breakage or damage, and can be easily fixed. We will leave this to one who has more know-how than we do in the field of glass repair. There are no damage or breakage issues to the glass- what may appear to be damage is the result of lighting or camera flash. Only slight item of mention are two tiny “dings” on the top of the wood or wood-like base (as shown in the last photo). Both pulls work smoothly, and the lamp functions well. Original finial is also included. Measurements are 14″ wide by 13-1/2″ tall x 10-1/4 deep. There is no “Best Offer” option on this item. The price and terms are firm. Vtg Mid Century Modern Hanging Swag Lamp Amber Gold Italian Art Glass BOHO MCM. I put both Amber and Gold as the color of glass globe because I asked a few friends (me being color blind) their opinion and got equally both answers. So I took photos out in natural light, as well as indoors with it turned in so that you could get an idea yourself. Approximate measurements: Globe, including the metal top and base, is 21″ H and 37.5″ circumference of glass globe. The chain measures approximately 95″L; with the electrical cord going an additional 41″ past the chain length. So plenty of length to hang and swag the light fixture. Electrical cord has the standard electrical plug-in. No chips or noticeable scratches on glass globe that I could see. The glass has bubbles captured withing the glass during manufacturing. The metal caps, as well as metal chain are in need of a good cleaning but otherwise in great shape. Electrical cord is still soft and pliable, also in need of a cleaning. I’m marking it as in working condition when plugged in without any issues. See photos of it lit up! It’s really an awesome swag lamp for all of you retro, bohemian folks! It’s all set, all youll have to do is unpack, decide where to hang, and plug it in! Light fixture, overall, in great condition. And certainly a fun, vintage addition to either your indoor or outdoor living space! Exception would be if I grossly misrepresented any of the details of my discriotion.
