Wonderful Folk Art double sided lighted Exit sign table/counter lamp. The exit light looks to be a 1950s-60s metal and glass panel sign. The sign was made into a very convenient plug in and go table lamp with a beautiful Deco themed art design. The light has mamy antique parts used to create the piece. Both Panels remove very easily for easy bulb changes. The light is operated by a on/off roller switch attached to the cord. The color scheme is beautiful with the natural metal of the vintage sign accented with antique gold guilded components that make up the Art Deco arrow that’s piercing the light and a large flaming torch that adorns the top of the light. There are some slight scratches and scuffs primarily on one corner and a few others scattered throughout from years of use, and age patina on the Torch finish, but overall in very nice condition. The light would look fabulous on a store counter or anywhere you may have in mind, and easily moved and used without having to hard wire into a ceiling or wall. A wonderful piece of Americana Folk Art that you can use and meant to serve a purpose while appreciating the art and work involved in its creation.
