The lamp depicts a dancer in a leg split, holding a ball or apple above her head in the air. The lamp base has its original bronze finish with beautiful patina, with the typical wear, minor paint chips, etc. For a lamp of this vintage (see pictures). You can see from the size of the bulb socket that Betty Becks are small lamps very unique for that time period. The lamp comes with a vintage glass half moon disc. Please note that one corner of the glass disc has a chip and has some rub spots on the glass (see pictures). The lamp base is approximately 9 ½ ” across and 6 ½ ” tall. The glass plate shade is approximately 8 ½ ” long and 5 ¼” tall. The socket appears to be in very good condition, and the electrical line is newer. There is a black felt bottom on the base. Pictures are an important part of the description – please carefully check all of them for condition.
