For offer a machined aluminum desk or table lamp it is made from solid aluminum, not sheet aluminum. It is 8 tall & the condition is very good, shows age & maybe the odd light scratch. When the hole for the switch was drilled it left a very small gap in the aluminum, does not affect the lamp, see close up photo. There is no maker’s name on the lamp, the plug is marked Electricord.
