Insert the top finial, and turn to lock into place. Re-connect the column wiring (the ends plug-in together), then slide the column rods back together, and turn to lock the rods in place. No cracks or chips. A touch of dirt and surface rust on the underside of the base. Nicks, scratches, and wear to the finish you should expect to see. The bulbs are not included.
