Vintage Art Deco Torchiere Floor Lamp With Glass Shade. 71″ tall x 14 1/2″ diameter. Glass fluted shade white splatter over clear 14 1/2″ diameter x 5 5/8″ height, 2″ fitter outside-1 3/4″ inside diameter, in excellent condition. Porcelain socket 150 max tested. Lamps cast aluminum base 12 1/2 diameter no repair or breaks. Missing finish to base and column pictured. Has a fantastic Art Deco look. We wire-wheeled the metal to a nice satin shine and applied a clear poly over top This is in very good refurbished condition. I believe this is made out of zinc and accented with brass The original finish was in terrible condition, so we thought we would try something a little different. Vintage Art Deco Theater Light Fixture White Glass Slat Wall Sconce. Impressive vintage theater light with multiple switched sockets of two sizes. Originally wired with two hot and one neutral electrical connections. Could likely be operated with one joined hot feed with use of modern low wattage led bulbs. Glass slats measure 2-1/8″ by 36″ and frame is approximately 8-1/2″ by 32″. Frame weights approximately 10 lbs and slats just over 6 lbs.. Addition fixtures are available if required. Gianni used examples of this lamp in his Miami Mansion. It’s been suggested that they were produced by Chapman but we have yet to confirm. The inspiration for his “Di Pyramide” Medusa lamp. The electrical labels & wiring suggests 1970s. Versace didn’t start his Brand until 1979. Ours does not have a Sotheby’s label. Stands 30 tall to top of original finial. Displays beautifully with only minor age flaws & surface scratches.
