The bottom has COLONIAL PREMIER CO. CHICAGO stamped on the underside of the base. This has a 3 way switch and works. The socket seems like it may be a little cockeyed, but it does not change the way it works. The base measures approximately 10 3/4 across. There is tarnishing present on the metal.
