This is a vintage original rare Art Deco period perfume or fragrance diffuser lamp featuring a lovely, sculpted nude figurine standing next to an amber colored wheel-cut glass lighted globe. As shown in the photographs, the top of the globe has a small depression in which a few drops of your favorite fragrance or perfume are placed. When the lamp is lit, the heat from the small bulb warms the fragrance which then evaporates and diffuses through the room. The item was made in Japan and the globe and lamp base are marked as such. The lamp stands 7.25″ tall and the base is 5″ across and about 3 deep. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or dings as shown in the photographs. The lamp has been re-wired with a switch cord and the bulb is not included. The lamp displays very well and would complement any room in your home. A great addition to your Art Deco collection.
