Vtg Signed RB Studio Designer Table Lamp in Stoneware Art Pottery with Flowers
Gorgeous lamp in very good condition. No chips or cracks. Beautiful glazing over a heavy and strong structure. Brass hardware shows some patina. Probably California Ceramics but if you recognize the artist, would be nice to know even after it is bought. 25 to top of finial. Stoneware piece is about 12″ tall X 11″ wide. Vtg CALIFORNIA Ceramics Designer large LAMPStonewareArt PotteryMCMFarmhouse. This is a great vintage Mid Century California Pottery Stoneware lamp, hand thrown, hand glazed and in excellent vintage condition. The handsome handled stoneware jug lamp measures 12 3/4″ to the top of the sphere and 23″ to the top of the finial. It has a felt type bottom(underside) as is appropriate to the period. A wonderful abstract floral and leaves glaze in cool pale blue almost grey, warm brown tones and beiges and a taupe like beige on top and bottom, all speckled, see the pictures. Great condition,, this piece was created in the 1970s in California. A great piece I was thrilled to find, can work with Mid Century, Contemporary, Country Farmhouse, Boho Decor.
